Your Dialysis Clinic's Survival Rate,
From the Government's Own Data
Two companies control 74% of dialysis facilities and have paid over $1 billion in fines. We show CMS quality data for all 7,551 clinics — patient survival, infection rates, and transplant referrals — so you can compare for yourself.
Two companies control two-thirds of all dialysis clinics in America.
DaVita and Fresenius Medical Care operate over 74% of the roughly 6,700 dialysis facilities in the US and account for 90% of industry revenue. Researchers have found that when these companies acquire independent clinics, kidney transplant referrals drop by roughly 10% and patient outcomes worsen. DialysisCenterUSA shows the government's own quality data so patients can see how their clinic actually performs.

What the data tells you
Patient Survival
CMS tracks the standardized mortality ratio for every dialysis clinic. A ratio below 1.0 means patients survive longer than expected. We show you exactly where your clinic stands.
Bloodstream Infections
Dialysis patients face serious infection risk at every treatment. CMS publishes standardized infection ratios so you can see which clinics keep patients safer — and which ones don't.
Transplant Referrals
A kidney transplant is the best outcome for most dialysis patients. But some clinics refer patients for transplant evaluation at far lower rates than others. We show the referral and waitlist percentages for every facility.

Why DialysisCenterUSA is different
Raw government data, no filter
Every number here comes from the CMS Dialysis Facility Compare dataset — the same source that powers Medicare.gov. We don't create our own ratings, adjust any metrics, or accept payment to display data differently. What CMS publishes is what you see, including facilities with low star ratings, high infection ratios, and poor patient survival scores.
No financial ties to any chain
DaVita and Fresenius account for 90% of dialysis industry revenue. Neither company — nor any other operator — has paid for placement, featured listings, or data suppression on this site. Every facility appears in our database regardless of who owns it or whether they know this site exists. We have no referral fees and no ad deals with chains.
Transplant data is front and center
Most dialysis directories don't show transplant referral rates. We do — because a kidney transplant is the best long-term outcome for most patients, and referral rates vary dramatically between clinics. Research has tied lower referral rates to chain ownership. We make that data visible because patients have a right to see it.
Your life depends on your dialysis clinic. Know the data.
Government data. No paid rankings. No chain affiliations. No referral games.
