Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 9, 2026

DialysisCenterUSA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at dialysiscenterusa.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We have written this to be readable, not just legally defensive.

What we collect

Server logs

Like every web server, ours automatically records each request: the page visited, the time, your IP address, browser type, and referring URL. These logs are used to diagnose technical problems and are retained for up to 30 days before being deleted.

Analytics

We collect basic, anonymous analytics about site usage — pages visited, approximate time on site, and referring URLs — using server-side logging only. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on this site. No cookies are set for tracking purposes.

Contact forms and email

If you contact us by email or through a form on the site, we store the information you provide (name, email address, message content) solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or display any patient-level health data. All dialysis facility information on this site is public data sourced from the CMS Provider Data Catalog (data.cms.gov). We have no access to individual patient records.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any cookies placed by third-party services. You can use this site without accepting any tracking cookies because we don’t use any.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Keep the site running and diagnose technical issues
  • Understand which content is useful to visitors
  • Respond to questions and inquiries

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating this site.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party that receives data through your use of this site is Google (via Google Analytics), and only anonymized usage data.

We do not share any visitor data with dialysis facility operators, including DaVita, Fresenius Medical Care, or any other chain. Facility operators who claim a profile on this site do not gain access to information about who has viewed their listing.

Data retention

Server logs: deleted after 30 days. Contact form submissions: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months per Google’s default settings.

Your rights

For visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom (GDPR)

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and request restriction of processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email [email protected].

Data security

The site is served over HTTPS. We do not store payment information (we do not process payments on this site). Contact form submissions are stored in email only and are not accessible to third parties.

Third-party links

This site links to external sources including data.cms.gov and Medicare.gov. These sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
